A judge from Concepción was beaten during the theft of his vehicle and cell phone, at the height of the La Greda sector in Penco. According to his account, he ended up with blood after the violent attack.
The judge of Concepción, Carlos Hidalgo, was the victim of a trap that took place this weekend, on the route that connects the capital of the Bío Bío region with the commune of Penco.
As Hidalgo indicated in a Facebook post, this happened at about 8:40 p.m., at the height of the traffic light in the La Greda sector in Penco.
In his story, the judge adds that he was the victim of a trap, where his BMV vehicle and cell phone were stolen.
“When asking for help, some passed byIt could be that when they saw me with blood on my face from the blow they gave me on the head, they got scared,” added Carlos Hidalgo, who pointed out that a plainclothes policeman just passed by, who helped him and took him to the Hospital Penco-Lirquénwhere his family and friends arrived.

Carlos Hidalgo is on medical leave for three days, as reported by the courts. The Prosecutor’s Office decreed the proceedings to try to find the perpetrators of the act.
Records handled by Radio Bío Bío indicate that the cell phone would have been found on the way to Coronel, a team that would be subjected to expertise in order to find any clues that could give the Public Ministry clues about the authors of this trap in Concepción and Penco.
