The Truth Unveiled: Abdul Razzaq Sets the Record Straight on Jasprit Bumrah’s Reputation

Former Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq says he never said Indian speedster Jasprit Bumrah was not a good bowler. In a recent interview, Razab Bumrah was described as a ‘baby bowler’. But following Bumrah bowled well in the World Cup, Razzak changed his opinion.

Razak clarified his remarks during a TV show. He explained that his words were in context. He said he made the ‘baby bowler’ remark in response to comparisons between Bumrah and legendary fast bowlers like Wasim Akram and Glenn McGrath.

“I have played once morest great bowlers like Glenn McGrath and Wasim Akram. So Bumrah is a baby bowler in front of me. I might have easily dominated and attacked him,’ Razaq said then.

In response to his earlier comment, Razzaq emphasized that he never claimed that Bumrah was not a good bowler. He also mentioned that when he was new to the team, he too was considered a ‘baby’ compared to Wasim Akram. Razak accused the Indian media of distorting the meaning of his statements.

I never said that Bumrah is not a good bowler. Compared to Glenn McGrath, Wasim Akram and Shoaib Akhtar, what else would I call Bumrah? “When I was new in the team, I was a small guy compared to Wasim Akram,” Razaq said.
