FC Bassecourt no longer knows how to win. The Vadais went to lose 5-3 in Zug on Saturday in the 1st Football League championship. Led 5-0 before the last quarter of an hour of play, Lulzim Hushi’s men were able to close the gap. First through Joris Gester (77th), then thanks to Luther King Adjei 3′ later. Amin Tighazoui scored the last goal of this prolific game in added time.
With this defeat, FC Bassecourt loses a place and finds itself 7th. The Vadais have also conceded their 11th match without success in all competitions. They will still have a chance to end this streak on the final day. The FCB will receive Schötz next Saturday. /nmy
