With the approach of the release of the Vision Pro, Apple seems to want to adopt an almost new system for sales: private appointments.
If we remember the launch of the first Apple Watch, Apple had made the accessory almost exclusive to its stores, forcing the customer to request an appointment to try the new watch for a few minutes. This process, the Cupertino company seems set to reproduce it with the Vision Pro, its future mixed reality headset.
According wccftech.com, Apple will set up an appointment system in its own stores to allow the Vision Pro to be tried and sold. Specific arrangements for demonstrations are even being made in certain American stores.
The objective would thus be to allow the customer to make a good decision before purchasing such a product, but also to measure his head circumference for the adjustment of the straps.
