The Water MasterClasses, event initiated by the firm Consensus Public Relations (CPR), in collaboration between the Crédit Agricole du Maroc group, Tamwilcom, the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) and the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P ), will be punctuated by a very rich program.
The Water MasterClasses which are being held on February 22, 2024 at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University at the Technopolis Rabat-Salé Campus under the theme “Innovative financing models and mechanisms”, will see a strong participation of banking players with the participation by Sue Barrett, Director, Sustainable Infrastructure, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) or Said Mourabit, Country Economist at the Islamic Development Bank.
Moncef Ziani, President of Beyond Consulting and member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, will make a presentation on the concept of water footprint in the industrial and agricultural sector.
The Water Masterclasses aim to put water at the heart of national finance, for sustainable development of agricultural and industrial value chains. The fundamental idea is to bring together all financial activities and operations in favor of an agricultural and industrial transition, aimed at optimizing the allocation of our water resources, in addition to the search for economic profitability.
