Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center, revealed details of the weather on Wednesday, March 2 across the country, in conjunction with the state of stability the country is currently witnessing.
Manar Ghanem told Masrawy today, Tuesday, that the country is witnessing a state of rise in temperatures, and the peak of this rise will be tomorrow, as the Greater Cairo ranges between 26 to 27 degrees Celsius during the day.
A member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center indicated that citizens feel warm weather during the day, in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coastal governorates of the country.
She explained that the weather during the day tends to be hot in the governorates of southern Upper Egypt as a result of the brightness of the sun’s rays, following up on that with the absence of sunlight and the entry of the night hours, there is a large difference between the maximum and minimum temperatures, which reaches more than 13 degrees during the night period, and the weather is very cold in all areas Republic and feel more during the late hours of the night and early morning.
Manar Ghanem pointed out that the skies of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coastal governorates, and the cities of the Canal are witnessing suspended dust, as a result of the country being affected by the southern winds from the desert, with high temperatures.
Regarding rain, a member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center indicated that light rains will return to some areas of the northwestern coast.
And a member of the media center of the authority advised citizens not to lighten clothes, or not to be deceived by periods of stability in weather conditions, during the day or warm weather, and the weather with the entry of the night hours will be very cold all over the republic, continuing: “Therefore, we advise to continue wearing winter clothes During the day and night at least until the end of the winter season
