The Western Clinic reported that the Police never notified it about the case of engineer Camilo Restrepo

Through a statement the West Clinic warned that the staff was never informed of the presence of Camilo Restrepo, who was outside the institution, “It was also not reported to him that he needed medical attention or health services.
