The Council and the White House Secret Service denied on Monday that there were visitor records for the house of President Joe Biden.
“No visitor records exist for President Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, where classified documents from his days as vice president were found, as it is a private residence,” the Council and the White House Secret Service said.
“Like all presidents throughout the decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” the White House counsel’s office added in a statement. Archyde.com.
The Secret Service, which is tasked with protecting current and past presidents and their families, does not “independently maintain our own visitor logs because it is a private residence,” agency spokesman Anthony Guglielmi explained.
Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer on Sunday requested visitor records for the Democrat’s Wilmington home following the discovery of classified documents in his office and garage there.

Members of the red party have tried to compare the case of the Biden documents to that of former President Donald Trump, who is facing a federal criminal investigation into how he handled the classified documents after leaving the White House in 2021.
For their part, Democrats have tried unsuccessfully for years to find visitor records at Trump’s Florida home.
Legal experts have established the differences in both cases. The White House ensures that Biden’s team delivered the documents it collected. While Trump resisted doing so until the FBI searched his home in Palm Beach, Florida.
Biden’s legal team claimed to have found classified documents related to his time as vice president under Barack Obama at his home in Delaware and at a think tank in Washington.
His lawyers reported that they found five additional pages at his home. The material in the think tank was found in November and the disclosure was made public following a CBS News report last week.
