The whole world is worried! Putin’s antagonist Alexei Navalny was transferred to the highly-secure IK-6 prison for torture scandals.

GENEVA – The world is worried when Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny remains invisible until recently the chairman of the Prison Monitoring Committee confirmed. Navalney was transferred to the high-security prison IK-6, where the torture problem of prisoners in the Vladimir region is concerned.

EuroNews reports that The same statement was shared by Navalney’s public affairs secretary Kira Yarmysh, who said on Twitter:

“Most definitely Neither the legal team nor Navalny’s relatives were notified in advance of his move,” she said. “There are rumors that he is going to be transferred to the IK-6 Melekhovo high-security prison, but there is no way of knowing when he will actually be sent there.”

The Guardian pointed out that Transferring prisoners to other prisons in Russia sometimes takes days and is full of secrecy.

EuroNews said Volkov, who fled Russia in the face of criminal prosecution, once said: Russian officials want the opposition leader to remain in prison until “Russian President Vladimir Putin or Navalny himself will die.”
