The Witcher, Cyberpunk: the big numbers are out!

We mark the weekend with your daily column! On the menu of the Daily: the most popular mod of Elden Ring is perhaps not the one we hoped for, the balance sheet of CD Projekt, and finally, a rumor of a future takeover by Playstation.

The easy mode of Elden Ring

From Software has become accustomed to offering us games that are quite demanding, not to say simply difficult. With the popularity of their latest game, Elden Ring, the issue of difficulty was further debated on social media and forums. With a peak of players at over 700,000 players when it was released, it was obvious that some players were going to find themselves facing the title’s gigantic difficulty wall. Luckily for them, the modding scene is there, always ready to turn your favorite boss into Thomas the train or in our case, offer players an easy mode. Thanks to this, you will be able to adjust several game settings to best customize your experience.

CD Projekt shows us their big numbers

CD Projekt is known more recently for the catastrophe of Cyberpunk 2077 during the start of the Next-Gen, or even the postponement of the PS5 / Series version of The Witcher 3, but imagine that all is well on the side of the Polish studio. CD Projekt announced on their Twitter account that The Witcher 3 has sold more than 40 million copies worldwide, and no less than 18 million for Cyberpunk 2077. Colossal figures that allow the studio to place itself in the list of the most sold licenses alongside Metal Gear, Tekken or The Elder Scrolls.

Kojima chez Playstation

If you are a fan of video games, you surely know Hideo Kojima. The Japanese developer behind the Metal Gear saga or more recently Death Stranding, recently announced the move of his studio to an as yet unknown location. On top of that, Playstation has updated its exclusive license banner by proudly displaying Death Stranding’s main protagonist, Sam Porter Bridges. A news that will delight Playstation players and that will forever mark the video game landscape.
