According to the Securities Times, Zeng Yuqun, chairman and general manager of Ningde Times, said on March 24 that Ningde Times is promoting CTC and will do a good job for car manufacturers.“We will not build cars. At the same time, we will continue to innovate business models and expand around the field of battery services.”
Ningde Times’ annual revenue in 2022 exceeded 300 billion yuan for the first time, reaching 328.59 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 152.7%its net profit attributable to the parent also reached 30.73 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 92.9%, and only 17.861 billion yuan in 2021.
In terms of power battery business, Ningde Times’ revenue reached 236.593 billion yuan last year, a year-on-year increase of 158.6%. This business revenue accounted for 72% of the overall revenue, an increase of 1.81 percentage points over the same period last year.
Ningde era achieved 289GWh of lithium-ion battery sales last year, a year-on-year increase of 116.6%, of which power battery system sales were 242GWh, a year-on-year increase of 107.09%.
