What regarding an ice shower? Therapist Sukhova notes: this way to wake up and harden is not suitable for everyone:

– Cold showers are a good idea, but not for everyone. And the shower should not be completely icy.

This will not harm a healthy person, but if a person has problems with the heart and blood vessels, then such dousing is contraindicated! When exposed to cold water, a spasm of blood vessels, including coronary arteries, occurs, which leads to serious complications.

The lower temperature limit is +12 degrees at a young age, at an older age – +20 degrees.
