Luis Caputo This Wednesday he rejected the possibility that Mauricio Macri -and the troop of PRO leaders who could accompany him- formally join the Government of Javier Milei because he considered that “there has to be only one head” in the Executive. However, he promoted the rapprochement of political forces in Congress, where he saw a viable agreement because the two leaders “think alike.”
“At the Congress level it is natural because we think alike. At the Executive level there does not have to be (alliance) because there has to be only one head”stated the Minister of Economy on the TN signal.
The statement is not minor if we take into account that he is one of the first libertarian bishops in mark the limit to an agreement with the PRO and that the Minister of Economy was part of the former president’s cabinet.
However, Caputo said that he has a “very good relationship” with Mauricio Macrialthough had no influence on his appointment for the Ministry of Economy.
