On March 23, the Colombian Attorney General’s Office filed the indictment against John Poulos, former sentimental partner and main suspect in the murder of DJ Valentina Trespalacios.

The trial will take place on April 17, where the prosecutor will also request a 25-year prison sentence for John Poulos, for the crime of aggravated femicide in competition with the concealment of material evidence.
Poulos was sent to prison on February 3, after the judge in charge of the case considered that he could be a danger to both the victim’s family and to society, for which reason he remains with an intramural measure in La Picota prison. .
