The national deputy for Córdoba Rodrigo De Loredo (UCR) questioned the omnibus bill and the last-minute modifications and stated that if “there is no peaceful consensus on what this is because no one knows clearly what this text is.”
“What are these legal texts? A Government plan, the tools that the Government needs for management, a fiscal plan, a plan for economic and tax stability, a cultural battle, a smokescreen, a scapegoat. “The compendium of overdue reforms,” she questioned.
“Who wrote it? When? Where? Does it free us from interests or commit us to other interests? it is urgent? Does it free us from some corporations or subject us to others? There is no peaceful consensus on what this is because no one knows clearly what this text is.”he added.
“This text that we are going to discuss in the chamber has nothing to do with the one that the Executive sent,” and he highlighted: “What we are discussing today is the result of a brutal, untimely, supportive and cooperative work of blocks like ours that they had to deal with and get out of the crossfire, the mutual extortion, the grievances on one side and the other. From that crossroads to build a reasonable, balanced and fair option.”
