A new expertise determined that there was ketamine in a syringe seized from the apartment of businessman Francisco Sáenz Valiente, prosecuted for the manslaughter of Emmily Rodrigues, so the complaint believes that the Brazilian model was also injected with this drug before falling from the sixth floor and is considering requesting a more serious accusation for the defendant, judicial sources reported today.
Meanwhile, this afternoon the judge of the case, María Fabiana Galletti, currently in charge of the Criminal and Correctional Court 31, declared herself incompetent to continue investigating the case since, among the crimes that are imputed to the businessman is the supply of narcotics, which has jurisdiction in the federal jurisdiction.
The expert report – to which Télam had access – was carried out by the Directorate of Criminalistics and Forensic Studies of the National Gendarmerie, which carried out a qualitative chemical analysis of psychotropic and narcotic drugs in a series of samples taken from different objects seized in the department of Sáenz. Last Tuesday another expert report was also released that detected blood and semen in 25 samples taken from condoms, sheets, padding and even the corset Emmily was wearing the night she died when she fell into the void.
