After the trial, the Taipei District Court supported the opinion of the Northern Prosecutor and sentenced Gao Jianong to 10 years in prison and 6 years of deprivation of public power; Wang Mingzang was sentenced to 4 years in prison and 2 years of deprivation of public power. After the appeal, the High Court found that Gao and Wang had forged appraisal reports, but the reports were not binding on the distribution of rights and interests, and there was no evidence to prove that Rishengsheng Company had made illegal profits. Crime”, Gao was sentenced to 4 years in prison, while Wang was sentenced to 2 years and suspended for 5 years.
However, the Supreme Court’s decision was revoked and returned by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court re-examined the first instance and changed its support to the opinion of the Northern Court. Gao Jianong and Wang Mingzang were sentenced to 10 years and 4 years in prison again. After the appeal, the Supreme Court rejected the decision. .
