A subject identified as Felipe de Jesús “N”, 40 years old, was arrested in the municipality of Gómez Palacio following physically and verbally assaulting his own mother, a 71-year-old woman.
The events occurred on Monday morning at a home located at the intersection of Encino and Sauce streets in the Miguel de la Madrid neighborhood.
It was through a phone call to the state emergency system 911, that a case of family violence was reported in the place.
Elements of the Citizen Security and Protection Directorate arrived at the site and met with a man who was already waiting for them, who told them that one of his brothers was aggressive towards their mother.
After receiving authorization from the complainant, the preventive agents proceeded to enter the home and in the patio they found a subject pushing and insulting an older woman.
The victim, identified as Juana, 71 years old, asked the police to arrest her son, who physically and verbally assaulted her.
The subject was seized and later transferred to the facilities of the Deputy Attorney General of the State of Durango, Laguna Region.
Finally, he was made available to the Investigative Agent of the Public Ministry of the common jurisdiction in turn, for the crimes that result.
The affected party must go before the aforementioned instance to file the corresponding complaint regarding the facts and the aggressor is prosecuted.
