PUEBLA.- The Attorney General of the State of Puebla apprehended Joseph “N” alias “Passion Pancho”allegedly responsible for crime of rape committed against a 26-year-old man.
According to the authorities, the accused is being investigated for sexually attacking the victim on February 26, 2021 in the municipality of Atlequizayan.
They reported that the attack occurred after both were consuming alcoholic beverages.
Detention
With judicial authorization and through various procedures, the Puebla Prosecutor’s Office through the Analysis and Context Unit and the Police Support Unit of the Specialized Human Rights Prosecutor’s Office located and captured José “N”.
For his part, the Control Judge analyzed the information collected and presented by the Agent of the Public Ministry, determining that the subject was linked to the process with the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention.
They detailed that the investigations on the alleged case of sexual abuse they remain in force in order to clarify the fact and determine pertinent sanctions.
