A knife was seized from the boy. The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon.
A commission of the Directorate Against Organized Crime (Dcdo) attached to the Bolivarian National Police Corps (Cpnb), arrested a citizen for allegedly engaging in gender violence.
The aggression would have been reported by a witness during the afternoon of this Tuesday on the perimeter avenue, La Sabanita parish in the municipality of Angostura del Orinoco.
The apprehended was undocumented, but claimed to be called MS, 22 years old.
The details of the crime and the conditions of the victim are unknown. However, the assailant was carrying a knife at the time of the arrest.
The case was left to the order of the Public Ministry.
