In the last few hours, it was announced that the authorities in Venezuela captured the culprit of the murder of a woman in the south of Bogotá.
In February 2023, residents of southeastern Bogotá were shocked to discover the lifeless body of a woman inside a suitcase in Entre Nubes park.
The victim was identified as DC Rodríguez, 36 years old.

The authorities indicated that the person responsible for the atrocious crime was a Venezuelan citizen who subsequently fled to his country.

According to authorities, the alleged murderer would have worked as an employee of Rodríguez, during which time he obtained information about his contacts, distribution and invoices.
The criminal committed the murder on December 13, 2022 and tried to make the trace of his victim disappear until she was found in February of the following year.

However, it took a year for the Prosecutor’s Office to issue an arrest warrant against the Venezuelan, identified as JA Enríquez, 28, for the crimes of aggravated femicide, forced disappearance and qualified theft.
