A citizen was arrested for allegedly committing the crime of illicit possession of a firearm during the followingnoon of this Sunday.
The procedure took place in the Toro Muerto sector of the Universidad parish, when officers attached to the “Los Olivos” Police Coordination Center (CCP) carried out patrolling tasks in the area.
According to information from the CCP, the officials would have seen the accused, who showed a suspicious attitude when noticing the police presence. That is why they asked him to stop; and following the physical inspection, it was found that he was armed.
Citizen J. Pérez, 25 years old, was seized a brown firearm, shotgun type, brand Renegado, serial 5173, 12 caliber.
The citizen is detained in the CCP Los Olivos and his case was presented before the Eleventh Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.
