A dog fell this Friday on the tracks of the Caracas Metro, station Perez Bonalde, and public transport operations continued normally, as reported by several people who witnessed what happened. Citizens assured that the response of the corresponding personnel was that “it was not a priority.”
The journalist Delmiro de Barrio contacted some people who were at the time, and assured that they all agreed that the trains continued to run even with the animal under the rail. Fortunately, according to what users told him, the dog was not injured.

In his opinion, the same method used with the fallen objects could have been applied. “The PIR-GEM-010 procedure could be applied. ‘Recovery of objects dropped on the road’, since, keeping the differences, it is a similar situation. In no case should a negative and derogatory response be given to the user’s complaint.”
