At least 46 people were found dead inside a tractor-trailer, in what is presumed to be an attempt to smuggle migrants in the city of San Antonio, south of Texas, released state Governor Greg Abbott in what appears to be one of the deadliest human trafficking incidents on the border between Mexico and the United States.
