“As an institution, we deeply regret the death of the foreign Naval Cadetwho was doing an academic exchange period at the “Arturo Prat” Naval School, they pointed out in the letter.
“We send our most sincere condolences to the Cadet’s family, his Institution and classmates from the “Arturo Prat” Naval School. The Chilean Navy will continue to provide all the necessary support to the Institution and the cadet’s family in this difficult moment”.
