The actress Lorena Capetillo made a powerful reflection through social networks, calling to stop violence on the internet.

In a video on his Instagram account, the interpreter referred to cruel comments she has received on social networks.

“I was telling you today that they have ever told me a nana’s face, a population, ugly, a horse’s face, and others. The good vibes exceed light years to the bad vibes but I wanted to comment on this today from a couple of comments that I read and because I have seen people suffer lately from violence (from others towards them and self-violence) towards their bodies and towards his whole person in general ”, he expressed.

In this regard, he pointed out that “let’s accept ourselves as we are. That makes us stop talking about other people’s bodies. And to violate others, as if in them we were looking in a mirror and seeing and spitting on everything that I do not accept and do not love about myself ”.

“What’s more, let’s do the exercise. Let’s look at ourselves in the mirror naked for a long time … trying to let that voice of criticism pass … maybe the tears will soon emerge and you feel like just wanting a hug … Let’s not harm others because of what I do not love in me … “, he concluded.
