Juarez City- A woman was violently deprived of liberty, when she was driving her truck through the El Barreal neighborhood, municipal police reported this followingnoon.
Residents of Bolivia street, between 18 de Marzo and De los Insurgentes avenue, reported to the authorities that at 1:30 p.m., three armed men shot at a Honda Pilot cherry pick-up truck that was being driven by a woman, who was forced to climb down and shove her away.
They put her in another gray truck and escaped at full speed, causing a mobilization of municipal police and the State Investigation Agency (AEI).
The investigative policemen cordoned off the place and requested the presence of field experts to analyze the victim’s truck, looking for fingerprints.
The case was handled by the Specialized Kidnapping Unit of the State Prosecutor’s Office in the Northern Zone.
