Eduardo Camacho García, one of the officers of the Auxiliary Police who denounced the mayor suspended from office in Cuauhtémoc and linked to the process, Sandra Cuevas, is related to trial files for non-compliance with alimony, suspension from office and in a recommendation of the Human Rights Commission of the capital where abuse of authority is accused.
His name appears in a family order file filed in Court 20 for the suspension of alimony where the plaintiff is a woman identified as Iris Gómez Guerrero.
Information obtained by this newspaper gives an account of the opening of these files, one of them filed in the Ninth District Court in Administrative Matters of Mexico City, where the command filed an amparo suit against a suspension of the position.
This file reads that on January 24, 2008, removal from office was imposed as a sanction.
Among the file numbers are 29/2018 filed in the Third Administrative Collegiate Court filed by the Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Public Security (SSP) of Mexico City.
Then, an amparo processed by Camacho García with file number 1071/2017 against the Council of Honor and Justice of the then SSP.
He was also implicated as one of the elements present in the events that occurred on November 11, 2018 in San Juan Ixhuatepec, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, where SSP police officers during the Raymundo Collins Flores administration attacked residents of that area. , which caused human rights violations.
Although it is not mentioned by the victims of those events in recommendation 21/2019 of the Human Rights Commission of Mexico City, it is stated that he was in the area that day.

Regarding the trial in administrative matters related to a penalty fine, it is reported that the police officer has been a member of the Auxiliary Police for more than 20 years and has not changed assignments to any other corporation, “so said information is wrong”.
On the other hand, in relation to a second investigation in administrative matters related to a suspension of salaries, salaries and benefits, this secretariat points out that, as mentioned above, the officer has always been part of the Auxiliary Police and at no time has belonged. to the Preventive Police, for which said demand did not proceed.
In addition, with regard to his participation in the events of San Juan Ixhuatepec, in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, during the administration of Raymundo Collins, they specified that the officer at that time had as areas of responsibility the Tláhuac, Milpa Alta and Xochimilco, so it does not correspond to the georeference mentioned in the information.
