At a time of longer working lives, our country is a bad student in terms of employment for seniors. Shunned by companies, to the point that an index is planned to penalize the most recalcitrant, will they have to redouble their efforts to (re) find work or stay in their jobs? Without dismissing the difficulties but slipping in some good advice, three fifty-somethings who got away with it tell the story.
