The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) filed a request this Sunday against Carlos Gustavo Jiménez Rodríguez, who allegedly was responsible for the murder of the former mayor of Puerto de La Libertad, Miguel Ángel Jiménez Aguilera and his life partner.
“The victims were found lifeless in the house where the exedil resided, on February 8. The former mayor was prosecuted for embezzlement and embezzlement. At the time of his murder, he was under house arrest,” the Public Ministry reported on its social networks.
The detainee is accused of the crimes of aggravated homicide and possession, carrying or illegal or irresponsible driving of a firearm, for which he must answer to justice for his crime.
