HAVING SEEN File No. EX-2024-07563547-APN-DPYEPA#MDS, and
CONSIDERING:
That through RESOL-2020-8-APN-MDS the NATIONAL PLAN “ARGENTINA AGAINST HUNGER” was created within the orbit of the MINISTRY OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATION, whose general objective is to guarantee the food security and sovereignty of the entire Argentine population and families. , with special attention to the sectors of greatest economic and social vulnerability, relying on the strengthening of the actions carried out by the National Food and Nutritional Security Program and any other program and/or institutional device that complements and/or has as its purpose last to provide a response to the food issue.
That by Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, the general guidelines and components established in the Annex, identified as IF-2020-01699794-APN-SSAJI#MSYDS, were approved.
That by RESOL-2021-1549-APN-MDS the name established in point V – A.1 was modified. of the Annex identified as IF-2020-01699794-APN-SSAJI#MSYDS of RESOL-2020-8-APN-MDS, which will create the NATIONAL PLAN “ARGENTINA AGAINST HUNGER”, by the following: “V. COMPONENTS. A. FOOD SECURITY. 1. FOOD BENEFIT”.
That the amounts established in section 5) of the OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES inherent to COMPONENT A – FOOD SECURITY – FOOD BENEFIT, of the NATIONAL PLAN “ARGENTINA AGAINST HUNGER”, which as Annex IF-2021-101683926-APN-SISO#MDS, were approved by RESOL-2021-1549-APN-MDS and modified by RESOL-2022-371-APN-MDS, RESOL-2022-2067-APN-MDS, RESOL-2023-700-APN-MDS, RESOL-2023-1758- APN-MDS and RESOL-2023-3-APN-MCH.
That said component consists of a monetary benefit aimed at the acquisition of food, is non-remunerative in nature and is channeled through a monthly accreditation of funds to holders, as a complement to family income for access to food.
That in accordance with the instructions of the NATIONAL SECRETARY OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENCE AND FAMILY of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITAL in Note identified as NO-2024-07588089-APN-SNNAYF#MCH, the following increases were established for the Food Benefit, intended for families in situations of social vulnerability, impacting from the liquidation to be carried out in the month of February 2024, as follows: – From PESOS TWENTY THOUSAND ($22,000.-) to PESOS FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND ($44,000.-) corresponding to families with a child from 0 to 14 years old who receives Universal Allowance for a Child, Universal Allowance for a Disabled Child, Pregnancy Allowance or Pension for mothers of 7 or more children. – From PESOS THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($34,500.-) to PESOS SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND ($69,000.-) corresponding to families with two children from 0 to 14 years old who receive Universal Allowance for Children, Universal Allowance for Children with Disabilities o Pension for mother of 7 or more children. – From PESOS FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($45,500.-) to PESOS NINETY-ONE THOUSAND ($91,000.-) corresponding to families with three or more children from 0 to 14 years of age who receive Universal Child Allowance, Universal Child Allowance with Disability or Pension for mother of 7 or more children.
That the aforementioned increase is intended to restore the purchasing power of the aforementioned sectors, within the framework of the inflationary process that our country is going through, considering the increase in the Basic Food Basket (CBA) during recent months.
That, consequently, it is necessary to arbitrate the necessary mechanisms to adjust the amounts of the benefit in question.
That the DIRECTORATE OF PLANNING AND EVALUATION OF FOOD POLICY of the NATIONAL SECRETARIAT OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENCE AND FAMILY of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITAL promotes the issuance of this measure.
That, the DIRECTORATE OF PROGRAMMING and BUDGET EXECUTION of the NATIONAL SECRETARIAT OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENCE AND FAMILY of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITAL has carried out the intervention within its jurisdiction.
That the GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF LEGAL AFFAIRS of the NATIONAL SECRETARIAT OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENCE AND FAMILY of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITAL has taken the appropriate intervention.
That the NATIONAL SECRETARY OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENCE AND FAMILY of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITAL took the intervention according to his powers.
That the LEGAL UNDERSECRETARY of the SECRETARIAT OF LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITAL, has taken the intervention of its competence.
That this measure is issued in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Law of Ministries No. 22,520 (to Decree No. 438/92) and its amending and complementary, by Section 5) of the OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES inherent to COMPONENT A – SECURITY FOOD – FOOD BENEFIT, of the NATIONAL PLAN “ARGENTINA AGAINST HUNGER”, approved by RESOL-2021-1549-APN-MDS, and by DECTO-2023-11-APN-PTE.
Thus,
THE MINISTER OF HUMAN CAPITAL
RESOLVES:
ARTICLE 1 – The amounts established in section 5) of the OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES inherent to COMPONENT A – FOOD SECURITY – FOOD BENEFIT, of the NATIONAL PLAN “ARGENTINA AGAINST HUNGER”, which as Annex IF-2021-101683926-APN-SISO are modified #MDS, were approved by RESOL-2021-1549-APN-MDS and modified by RESOL-2022-371-APN-MDS, RESOL-2022-2067-APN-MDS, RESOL-2023-700-APN-MDS, RESOL- 2023-1758-APN-MDS and RESOL-2023-3-APN-MCH, starting from the settlement to be paid in the month of February 2024, according to the following detail:
