New judicial decision adverse to those convicted of the repression and the deaths in December 2001. The Federal Chamber of Cassation once once more rejected a proposal of “prescription” of the case involving the then Secretary of Security and two senior police chiefs.
The judges Mariano Borinsky y Juan Carlos Gemignani dismissed a new proposal by the former Secretary of Security Enrique Mathov, former head of the Federal Police Ruben Santos and the former Director General of Operations of the Federal Police Norberto Gaudiero. The sentences once morest the three defendants have been waiting for a final ruling by the Supreme Court for more than a year.
