After an intense investigative work carried out by sleuths from the Anti-Kidnapping Division, Zulia axis, they managed to rescue Víctor Ho NG Zheng (21) alive, on the Lara Zulia highway, Santa Rita parish and municipality, Zulia state.
Víctor was kidnapped on May 22, when a group of armed men took him from the outskirts of his family’s business premises located in the entity, hitting his mother when he tried to prevent the act.

Immediately, a process of negotiation and investigation began by the Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc).
Through the Instagram account of the director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, they detailed that “following the corresponding protocol in this type of act, to preserve the life of the victim, after arduous field investigations and constant persecution against said thugs, the release of the victim was achieved in the aforementioned area.
The authorities continue the investigation to achieve the dismantling of the Organized Crime Structured Group (Gedo), alias El Adriancito, they are also on the trail of BG Gauna Gauna, alias El Brayita, MA Alizo Parra, El Toñeco and other criminals to be identified , which make up this gangster organization.
The case was made available to the Public Ministry of Zulia state.
