Security forces in Assiut imposed a security cordon around the site of the incident of a quarrel between the families of “Al-Sa’ida and Al-Arab” families in the village of Abu Al-Hadr in Dayrout Center, which resulted in the killing of 4 people and the injury of 5 others.
A security source told “Masrawy” that there were disagreements between the families of the Sa’idah and the Arabs over guarding a “guard” plot of land on which a project in the village is being built, and as a result they met together to hold a reconciliation session today, Friday, corresponding to the night of the blessed Eid al-Adha. Led to the development of the quarrel to the two sides of the peace and developed into the use of firearms resulted in the death of 4 people and the injury of 5 others.
The Assiut Security Directorate had received a notification from the warden of the Dayrout Center stating that a report had been received from the people in the village of Abu al-Hadr about a fight with firearms, deaths and injuries, and the cause is being determined.
The center and ambulance officers moved to the accident site, and the examination revealed the death of “Ahmed. A. A. A.”, 66 years old, “Wahid. M. A. A.”, 63 years old, “Sharifa. F. R.” 40 years old, and “Jamal. A. A. A. 55 years old, and they were transferred to the mortuary of Al-Qusiya Central Hospital, at the disposal of the Public Prosecution Office.
And “Mohammed F.M.” Diab, 28 years old, “Alaa.A.A.A.” 15 years old, “Haitham.M.Sh” 20 years old, “Zinahem.A.A.A.” 35 years old, and “Rajat” were injured. They were transferred to Dayrout Central Hospital and transferred to Assiut University Hospital, all of whom reside in the village of Abu al-Hadr.
