The Z13 comes with a 13.3-inch 2.8K OLED display and the Z16 with a 16.0-inch 4K OLED panel, each with a brightness of 400 nits. The Z13 Gen 2 weighs only 1.19 kilograms and has a 51.5 Wh battery, two USB-C connectors with support for USB 4 and a headphone jack. The 1.81 kilogram light ThinkPad Z16 Gen 2 comes with a 72 Wh battery and also with a third USB-C port and an SD card reader. An optional LTE modem is only available on the smaller device.
Prices and Availability
The Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 Gen 2 is expected to be launched in July 2023 for a recommended retail price starting at 1,649 euros, the ThinkPad Z16 Gen 2 will follow in August with prices starting at 1,959 euros.
