This app scans 3D objects with your iPhone

Epic Games, known for the Fortnite game and the Unity engine, offers a new application called RealityScan. The idea is to allow anyone to scan objects from an iPhone, and then import them into a project or game.

Available in beta (at this address, but be aware that the maximum number of testers has already been reached), RealityScan promises high-quality 3D scans. “Once the scan is complete, RealityScan creates a realistic model almost instantly with its super-fast photogrammetry software. From there, users can seamlessly upload their assets to Sketchfab, the ultimate platform for publishing, sharing, and selling 3D, VR, and AR content.
