Actor Alexander Ustyugov woke up famous by playing in the TV series Cop Wars. He famously made his way through the narrow streets and rooftops with a gun in his hands in the image of Roman Shilov for 11 seasons, but this image did not affect his sense of self. In a new interview, Ustyugov admitted that he was not at all familiar with star disease, but considered it a rather dangerous phenomenon.
“… I just don’t understand what kind of disease it is. I don’t see any point in playing it consciously. In a word, I don’t understand what it is, and I don’t even want to think about it, because I’m just not interested,” Alexander said.
The artist also does not dream of returning to the screens of the successful Cop Wars. Although such large and successful roles have not happened in his biography since the end of the series, Ustyugov is convinced that it is impossible to live in the past. According to him, it was worth finishing this project even earlier than it happened.
“During this time, a lot has changed. And I’m not so young anymore to run around the roofs with a gun, ”the actor admits.
There is probably some slyness in complaints about age. To this day, Ustyugov is actively interested in traveling and motorcycles. He told reporters that even when he is delayed in St. Petersburg, he practically does not use any transport – he walks everywhere. Fortunately, his “zone of interest” extends only eight kilometers.
Recall that at the moment the actor enjoys the status of a bachelor. When not filming, he devotes himself to music and riding his own motorcycle. Alexander loves to travel on the “iron horse” so much that a couple of years ago he overcame the road from Moscow to his native Ekibastuz on it. Not without difficulties – during the next move Ustyugov almost lost his life.
