Al-Marsad Newspaper: The head of the Law Department at Kuwait University and the candidate of the fourth district, Fawaz Al-Jadaei, launched a broad attack on the former National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim, during his electoral symposium.
A circulating video clip documented the offensive speech delivered by “Al-Jadaei” during his electoral symposium, during which he poured out his anger on “Al-Marzouq”. Al-Jedaei said, addressing his speech to Al-Ghanim: “The departure of the two presidents was forced upon you, your shabiha, your tools, your money, and your allies.”
And he added: “Oh, Marzouk, let the people of Kuwait slander you, Marzouk. You delayed them dancing in the office of the Speaker of the National Assembly. The Kuwaiti people have dislocated you.”
He added: “It is not Marzouk who is preferred over Faisal the Muslim, Faisal the Muslim is preferred over Marzouk, with his steadfastness, and his protection of the constitutional gains that you gave up.”
He concluded his speech by saying to “Al-Ghanim”: “And when I sit at your table with your shabiha and your money, and converse with yourself in front of the scene.”
