This new dumbbell workout, designed to work the upper and lower body, is a step up from previous routines and according to experts, should not be done if you have shoulder problems.

The workout takes the form of a “50-rep challenge,” where each of the five exercises is repeated ten times. The circuit starts with the most difficult movements and then gets easier with each exercise.

The five movements are:

  • Curl burpee with dumbbells.
  • Squat curls.
  • Alternate Reverse Lunge with Dumbbells.
  • biceps curl
  • Shoulder press.

The actor’s trainers recommend resting when the 50 repetitions are completed for 60 seconds and repeating the training a total of five times.
