Vienna – The Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria received a salary of 316,958.60 euros in 2022. The top figures in the country’s state-affiliated cultural institutions often came close to this amount in 2021 and 2022, but a certain respectable distance is maintained, as the current income report from the Court of Auditors (RH) shows. Only in 2021 was this bar broken.
