The year 2007 is considered a milestone in the history of modern technology. On January 9th, Steve Jobs (1955-2011) took the stage at the Macworld Conference in San Francisco. There he presented the Apple TV streaming box before finally pulling the iPhone out of the hat. It was pitched as a combination of a widescreen video iPod, a revolutionary cell phone and a new type of Internet communication device.
