Through Decree 0143 of 2024, the District Administration of Medellín temporarily modified the public service hours for Holy Week.
Next Tuesday, March 26 and Wednesday, March 27, there will be no service at the District Administrative Center, so other citizen service channels will be available.
People will be able to carry out their procedures, consult services and products, such as Sisbén, taxes, Minimum Vital Water and Cadastre, among others, as follows:
Tuesday, March 26 and Wednesday, March 27:
-In-person attention: Mascercas de El Poblado, Belén, Guayabal, Castilla y Floresta, between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm
-Single citizen service line 604 44 44 144, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
-Virtual channel www.medellin.gov.co and virtual box office
Saturday, March 30th:
-Single citizen service line 604 44 44 144, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm
Citizens will be able to carry out their procedures and services through the same as their PQRSD
According to Circular 202460000072 of 2024, issued by the General Secretariat, for the District Administration, Holy Week days are not considered business days.

Mobility secretary
On Tuesday, March 26 and Wednesday, March 27, the Mobility Secretariat will have service at its headquarters in Caribe and Sao Paulo, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Saturday, March 30, at those same locations, from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Treasury Lockers
The Treasury ticket offices, located on the first floor of the District Administrative Center and the Tax Services Office, will not provide service to citizens on March 26 and 27. Virtual channels will be available for the respective payments. Attention will be restored on Monday, April 1.
Parks will close Thursday and Good Friday
The Parque Norte and the Juan Pablo II Airport will open their doors every day of Semana Mayor at their usual hours, except Thursday and Good Friday.
To encourage public entry, on Tuesday and Wednesday there will be 2×1 in the extreme bracelet of the Parque Norte and the aquatic zone of the Juan Pablo II Airport.
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of both parks.
