Here is one of the strangest vehicles. Is it a motomoto, the equivalent of a snowmobile? Difficult to characterize this machine with 18 wheels. Its prototype was designed by a Finnish company which bears the apt name of “18 wheels” (18Wheels). Its particularity is that each of the wheels of this electric all-terrain vehicle has its own independent suspension, but also its traction. Thus, instead of a 4 x 4, it is indeed an 18 X 18!
The process gives the machine capabilities equivalent to those of a caterpillar. Its suspension arms tilt backwards and, thanks to them, the vehicle can pass without loss of speedspeed or inclination of obstacles 20 centimeters high. The vehicle seems to have small legs with which it spans everything in its path. It can thus pass over a tree trunk without the vehicle or its driver being abruptly.
