For the third year in a row, targeted scholarships will be awarded to students who have chosen the pedagogic specializations with the greatest demand – mathematics, Lithuanian language and literature, French, German, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, information technology, primary education and special pedagogy.

Scholarships in the amount of 357.5 euros are provided monthly for those enrolled in the state-funded bachelor’s pedagogic studies of these specializations and pedagogic associate studies.

It is planned to increase the stipends to 605 euros for students of priority specializations in pedagogical professional studies and final year bachelor’s pedagogic studies and pedagogical associate studies.

Those who have a contract with the municipality, municipal or public school and are committed to working there for at least three years within a five-year period, at least 0.7 full-time, will be able to receive increased benefits.
