Thomas Pesquet welcomed by 5,000 people at the Cité de l’Espace

Astronaut Thomas Pesquet was visiting the Cité de l’espace in Toulouse this Friday, June 3, to tell the highlights of his second mission to the ISS, the international space station.

An intervention that mobilized the crowds, since more than 5,000 enthusiasts came to invade the Cité campus. A record for the Toulouse park.

It should be noted that the astronaut’s intervention was carried out free of charge: this kind of intervention is naturally included in the astronaut’s contract with ESA, the European space agency.
