Sunday morning, a car overturned not far from the border. There were no injuries, but the road was closed for an hour and a half.
The image is spectacular, but fortunately the damage is almost only material. Sunday morning, shortly before 8 a.m., on the road to Ambilly, in Thônex (GE), a car ended up on its roof. The driver, born in 2003, under the influence of alcohol, lost control of the vehicle which overturned. “The accident vehicle is the only cause,” said Alexandre Brahier, spokesperson for the cantonal police. “One of the four passengers in the car was slightly injured, but none were taken to hospital,” he said. The road remained closed for an hour and a half for the needs of the intervention.
