Within the next 24 hours, the compensation process for those who reported violations in the application of the AADE, Appodixi, is expected to begin.
The amounts that will be received from AADE by the complainants on the Appodixi app will start from 100 euros and will reach up to 3,000 euros, while according to the statistics of the Tax Administration, the complaints have exceeded expectations.
All taxpayers have to do is to check the receipt that the company “cut” them in the application, and if a violation occurs then the consumer can report the receipt by name to the AADE. The data will be automatically sent to the AADE system and the consumer will be informed of the result of the check. Following this, a fine will be imposed on the business for tampering with or tampering with the cash register.

The bonus will amount to ten times the value of the transaction of the issued retail item, for which the complaint was made, including the corresponding Value Added Tax and in no case will it be lower than 100 euros, nor higher than 3,000 euros.
If the complaint concerns more receipts from the same seller, the monetary reward is calculated on the issued tax item with the highest value.
The prize money hereunder does not fall under any category of income and is exempt from any tax, withholding, fee or levy in favor of the State, Social Security Agencies, legal entities under public law or third parties and is inalienable and non-seizable in the hands of the State or third parties, by way of exception of any other provision, it is not bound and not set off against confirmed debts to the State, public law legal entities, local self-government organizations and their legal entities, insurance funds and credit institutions and is not counted against the income limits for the payment of any benefit of a social or welfare nature.
For reasons of protection of the information of the complainant, the decision on the payment of the monetary reward is not posted on the Internet in the “Transparency” Program.
