Three cases detected in a Var campsite

Three cases of monkeypoxinfectious disease also called Monkeypox, were detected this Wednesday in a campsite in Was, announced the regional health agency (ARS) in a press release. They are three members of the same family, who came by motorhome to spend their holidays there. If the family has used the campsite’s sanitary facilities, the ARS notes a “very low” chance of contamination and does not envisage the isolation of campsite users.

The family’s state of health is reassuring, authorities added. All three left the scene and were isolated, said theARS.
