A Singaporean was among three people injured early Wednesday morning when a tour bus travelling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur veered off the road and overturned on Malaysia’s North-South Expressway near Melaka. The pre-dawn crash, which occurred at approximately 5 a.m. at Kilometre 177.6 northbound in Jasin, left passengers with head and leg injuries after the driver swerved to avoid slowing traffic.

The casualties include a 59-year-old local man working as the tour guide, a 62-year-old Singaporean national, and a 42-year-old British national (Bernama).
