Three teenagers charged with harassing a young man with Down syndrome

They were accused of instigators in the crime of personal injury.

Three minors were charged by the Public Ministry, for being the alleged responsible for a case of harassment of a young woman with Down syndrome that occurred in the state of Zulia and that went viral on social networks.

It was the Prosecutor’s Office 31 in Matters of Criminal Responsibility of Adolescents that took the case and accused: JCCF, RAFE and EPZG for instigators in the crime of personal injury, which occurred in the court “El Angelito” which is located in the Francisco de Miranda.

According to Tarek William Saab, Attorney General of the Republic, the adolescents morally and physically assaulted a young woman suffering from Down syndrome.

This was one of the cases that became known this Wednesday and that is added to the one presented at the Loyola School in Puerto Ordaz and a similar one in El Paraíso, Caracas.
